Privacy and cookie policy
Last updated: 25 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit this site, leave your email, open the chat or buy a course, and how you can exercise your rights.
Who is responsible
Paloma Herrero Güino, Skills Corporativas & Servicio al Cliente, Argentina. Contact: licpalomahguino@gmail.com.
What data is processed and why
- The first name, country and email address you leave in the ebook window: to send you access and answer questions about the ebook. They are not used for anything else without your consent.
- The contact form: name, email, phone number with its country code, what you are interested in and your goal, so Paloma can reply to you personally. They are kept in Google Forms, and Paloma uses the answers, never published, to understand what people who contact her are looking for.
- The corporate training form: company, name, job title, email, phone number with its country code, country, industry, number of people to train, format, preferred dates and your message, to answer your enquiry and prepare a training proposal. They are kept in Netlify Forms.
- Reviews: name, country, what the review is about, the rating, the text, the email address if you leave one, and your consent. They are kept in Google Forms. Paloma reads every review and, only if she approves it, publishes the name, country, rating and text on the site. The email address is never published. To show approved reviews, your browser downloads them from Google Sheets, without cookies.
- Purchases: the course and the ebook are paid for and delivered through Hotmart. Payment details never pass through this site. Hotmart shares the buyer’s name, email and country with Paloma, to give access and support.
- Statistics (Google Analytics 4), only if you accept them: pages viewed, approximate country and city, device type, where the visit came from, and interactions such as clicks on buy buttons or video plays. Your name and email are not recorded.
- Live chat (tawk.to), only if you accept it or open it: the messages you write, your name and email if you give them, the page you are on and your approximate location.
- Booking a call: the "Book a call" button opens a Google Calendar booking page, where you enter your details for the appointment.
- Hosting: Netlify, which hosts the site, logs technical data for each visit, such as the IP address and browser, for security and operation.
Cookies and storage in your browser
- Necessary, always on: your cookie choice, the start time of the welcome offer, and whether you closed the ebook window. They are kept only in your browser and contain no personal data.
- Statistics, with your consent: Google Analytics cookies (_ga, and _ga_ followed by an identifier), which last up to 2 years.
- Live chat, with your consent: tawk.to cookies (twk_ and Tawk followed by an identifier).
You can change your choice at any time from "Cookie preferences" at the foot of every page. Withdrawing a consent deletes those cookies.
Who data is shared with
Only the providers that run the site: Google (statistics, booking, the contact form and reviews), tawk.to (chat), Netlify (hosting, the ebook form and the corporate training form) and Hotmart (payments and course access). Some are outside Argentina, for example in the United States or Brazil, and apply their own safeguards for these transfers. Personal data is never sold.
How long it is kept
- Statistics: 14 months.
- Details from the ebook window, the contact form, the corporate training form and reviews, and chat conversations: as long as needed to help you, or until you ask for them to be deleted.
- Purchase records: as long as accounting and tax rules require.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, update or delete your data, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to licpalomahguino@gmail.com. In Argentina these rights are protected by Law 25.326, and the supervisory authority is the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública. If you are in the European Union, you also have your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation and can complain to your national authority, such as the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos in Spain.
